He first came by to assess my 15-year-old Ariens snowblower and clearly explained which parts I needed. He showed up right on time for both visits and got straight to work. It's not always easy finding someone who stands behind their work, but he absolutely does.

Any machine brought back to starting and running properly is covered for six months, through the season it was repaired for.
Cable and pull-cord replacements are covered for two years on the labour. If the work comes loose, I come back. Customer-supplied parts themselves aren't covered.
Texts get answered first. I'm working through the day and return missed calls in the evening, so a text is the fastest way to get booked.
You'll know the price before I book the visit. What's quoted is what you pay, and everything is specified in the quote.
Cash is preferred and e-transfer is accepted. All listed prices are the cash rate. Have a written quote from another shop? Send it and I'll match it on comparable work.
Weekends and holidays included. Bookings are by appointment so you get a confirmed window, not a whole day.
