How the pricing works
Every listed price includes a $100 service charge, and that charge is only paid once per visit. Combine anything in the same visit and $100 comes off each additional item.
- A $200 snowblower routine service plus a $160 fuel service is $260, not $360.
- Add a fuel service on a second machine while I'm there and it's $320.
- The same applies to individual repairs — a $160 fuel service plus a $140 pull cord replacement is $200.
If you have more than one machine that needs attention, it is always cheaper to have them done in the same visit.
All service packages are a flat rate, listed before tax, and are the full amount — there are no hidden charges. Package contents can include, but are not limited to, the items listed — what a machine actually needs is what it gets. Items inside a package can also be done individually. Chainsaws
$180Blade & Bar Package (Non-Carbide)
Can include, but is not limited to:
- Tooth sharpening
- Raker filing if necessary
- Chain tension adjustment
- Chain replacement if necessary, plus the cost of the chain
- Bar adjustment
- Bar oiler cleaning and adjustment
- Clutch inspection and cleaning
- Chain brake test and inspection
- Bushing inspection
Note: chainsaw work covers the bar, chain and cutting system. For engine or fuel system problems, text a description of the machine and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
Engine services for this machine
Fuel system service, pull cord and retractor work, ignition coils, oil changes and governor adjustment are priced the same on every machine — a log splitter and a snowblower are running virtually the same engine. All of it is on one page.
